Besides the state's mandate for condominiums to have a website, we thought this site would offer tremendous value to residents (owners or tenants), board members, and the Executive Council.

Residents

Residents will find an abundance of information relating to their particular building.

Association Directors

• Access to info from the Executive Council for directors only
• Your own webpage: each building has its own page, navigate from the Home menu
• Dashboard: full control — approve members, post announcements, add images & more
• Accounting: create & post invoices for HOA fees, record payments, full online accounting
• Message Board: communicate with anyone registered in any building
