Besides the state's mandate for condominiums to have a website,
we thought that this website would offer tremendous value to Residents
(Owners or Tenants), Board members, as well as the Executive Council.
Residents:
Resident will find an abundance of information relating to their particular building.
- Mandatory info: Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws & regulations, financial statements...
- Financial info: Special Assessments, HOA dues, Invoices, ledgers & more.
- Exec. Board Info: Spacial announcements concerning the whole Romont community.
- Building improvements & repairs: Proposed repairs, Estimates, Expenses.
- A resident member's list: Know your online participating neighbor.
- A message board: Message anyone in any building, including board members and executive board.
- A Calendar: See upcoming events, or clubhousae availability
- For Sale: Unit for sale or rent throughout the Romont community. Post your listing.
Association Directors:
- Access to Info: from the executive council for directors only.
- Your own Webpage: Each building has it's own website, navigate to it from the "HOME" menu
- Dashboard: full control of your website page, approve members, post announcements, add images & more
- Accounting: Create & post invoices, statements for HOA fees. post payments, full online accounting
- Message Board: Communicate with anyone registered in any building, including the executive council
Executive Council
- Access to information from any building
- Your own Webpage: Each building has it's own website, navigate to it from the "HOME" menu
- Post infrmation: Post Announcements for everyone, Association directors only, Executive Council directors only
- Accounting: Use our online accounting for to invoice HAO Dues, record Payments, post statements & more...
- Message Board: Communicate with anyone registered in any building.
- Calendar: Post upcoming events, meetings, clubhouse/pool events
